Completely Mutz Training Policy & Training Program Terms & Conditions [updated 24th August 2022]
At Completely Mutz Dog Training our training is based on the kindest, most effective, non-punitive methods We carefully design and structure our training programs to be the best they can be for dog and owner
We hope you enjoy training as much as we do instructing! These policies are written in the interest of safety, responsibility and care for owners and dogs
Training Programs and Fees
Please note, all training sessions with Completely Mutz Dog Training will last one hour
Program fees need to be paid in advance. Full payment is required 24 hours prior to the first training session
Cancellations
We hope that you won’t need to cancel but if you are unable to keep the scheduled appointment, notice via email at completelymutz@outlook.com, phone call, text message or WhatsApp message is required 48 hours prior to the appointment and the session will be rescheduled.
If less than 48 hours notice is given it may not be possible to reschedule the session and it will be ‘lost’, this will be subject to the discretion of Completely Mutz Dog Training
Whilst we strive to avoid changes and/or cancellations, Completely Mutz Dog Training reserves the right to cancel or change an appointment at any time by notice with immediate effect, without cause. Your booked sessions will be rescheduled at the next available opportunity
Training Program Completion
Once a training program has started it must be completed within the following period:
Gold Program – 2 months
Diamond Program – 3 months
Platinum Program – 4 months
It will up to the discretion of Completely Mutz Dog Training if further sessions can take place after this period. No refunds will be given.
